Our Management Team

Chairman - Jim Mazzola (R)

Jim has been a leader in Hawaii real estate since 1987. He was a broker in charge and a key part of the team that built Hawaii's largest and most successful residential brokerage company in 1995. He also has served as president of the Hawaii Association of Realtors, president of the Hawaii chapter of Certified Residential Specialists, and director of the Honolulu Board of Realtors.

Principal Broker and Managing Partner - Jeremy I. Hunter (R)

Jeremy has been active in residential real estate in Hawaii since 2000. Prior to becoming a key member of IPM, Jeremy was a successful sales agent with Hawaii's top real estate sales firm. Having worked with some of the top companies in Hawaii, Jeremy brings expertise in business management and customer-service to IPM's clients.

Office Manager - Lessie Mae DeRamos

Lessie has worked in administrative and managerial positions for top Hawaii real estate sales and escrow firms since 1998. For IPM's clients, she oversees all accounting, marketing, and maintenance records. The systems Lessie has in place ensure accurate records, timely payments, and prompt responses for all IPM clients, tenants, and vendors.

Maintenance Manager - Gary Graham

Gary has more than 15 years of experience in home repair, maintenance, and construction management. Most recently, he has had his own business maintaining homes and condos throughout Oahu for several Hawaii property managers and rental owners. As part of the IPM team, Gary's expertise is put to work inspecting properties and overseeing work that is done on behalf of clients.
